Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corp is seeking a Commercial Digital Banking Product Specialist to support development, implementation, and ongoing management of digital banking solutions for commercial clients. The role partners with product managers and vendors to define requirements, plan releases, and test new features.

The position involves coordinating with relationship managers, treasury teams, and clients to understand business needs, onboard clients, train staff, and troubleshoot.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with digital banking platforms and related technologies.
• Understanding of requirements related to digital and retail banking processes is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with common software tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the lifecycle of commercial digital banking products, including onboarding and enhancements.
• Collaborate with product managers and vendors to define requirements and prioritize changes.
• Participate in release planning and perform UX testing of new features.
• Coordinate procedures and runbooks to reflect current operations.
• Publish release notes and coordinate monthly product update meetings.
