You will drive new business, coach staff to hit revenue targets, coordinate with credit and other lines of business, and ensure compliant risk management while supporting a community-focused banking culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
10+ years' middle market commercial banking experience.
Exemplary communication skills and executive presence.
Successful track record of driving new business growth and developing client relationships.
Strong analytical skills with understanding of accounting, credit, and finance regulations.

Responsibilities

Identify and secure new revenue opportunities for the portfolio.
Coach team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high-quality prospect portfolio.
Collaborate with cross-sell initiatives across lines of business.
Work with credit team to monitor portfolio performance and risk.
Manage exceptions, renewals, reviews, and credit processes in compliance.
Lead strategic initiatives and engage with communities to drive performance in target markets.
