Job summary

GE Appliances, a Haier company, invites ambitious early-career professionals to join the Air & Water Commercial Development Program starting July 2027 in Louisville, KY. This two‑year program features hands-on rotational experiences across Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product Management to develop core commercial skills.

Participants rotate through multiple experiences, gain exposure to sales territories, and complete seminars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher completed within the 18 months prior to start date.
• GPA ≥3.0 (out of 4.0).
• Geographically mobile within the United States and willing to accept a field-based sales position upon completion of A&W CDP program (relocation assistance provided).
• Have schedule flexibility to adapt to various time zone requirements in assigned territories.
• Legal authorization to work in the country/region where the business is hiring is required; no visa sponsorship.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a Sales career.
• Possess excellent communication and organization skills.
• Be self-directed and motivated to succeed.
• Ability to develop, organize and analyze sales plans.
• Ability to travel to customers on a semi-annual basis.

Responsibilities

• Air & Water Inside Sales
• Cross-Commercial Experience (Headquarters Assignment)
• Seminar Training Courses (week-long)
• Join Inside Sales team at National Sales Center in Louisville, KY
• Manage and build Air & Water business
• Territories with 50+ customers and $5M–$20M annual sales
• 12-month rotations then 12 months Headquarters Assignments
• Graduates interview for field-based Area Sales Manager positions
