Job summary

Cedar is seeking an experienced Commercial & Development Paralegal to support the Legal team on data center and digital infrastructure projects in Arlington. You will assist with leases, development and vendor contracts, due diligence, and closing activities from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of paralegal experience in sophisticated real estate, corporate, or financing matters, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams closely with attorneys

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal experience in sophisticated real estate, corporate, finance or development matters.
• Experience supporting complex transactions, including due diligence, document prep and closings.
• Experience with commercial contracts and entity governance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leases, development and other commercial contracts from intake to execution.
• Support due diligence, title, surveys, zoning and environmental review for deals.
• Assist with closing checklists, execution of documents, and post-closing obligations.
• Maintain matter and transaction records, and support legal department workflows.
