Cedar Investment Group is seeking an experienced Commercial & Development Paralegal to join its Legal team in Arlington, VA. The role supports complex development, corporate, and finance transactions from due diligence through closing and post-closing activities.

You will coordinate contracts, maintain templates, manage diligence records, and work closely with attorneys and business teams to advance transactions. A strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of paralegal experience supporting sophisticated real estate, corporate, finance, development, or related transactional matters.
• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
• Experience with transaction coordination, due diligence, document preparation, and closings.

Aufgaben

• Support commercial, development, construction, procurement, and other designated commercial matters.
• Coordinate leases, development and other contracts, including associated documents.
• Prepare and review NDAs, LOIs, estoppels, and other real estate documents.
• Coordinate closing checklists, signatures, and post-closing requirements.
• Maintain organized diligence records and support governance and entity management.
