Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of demonstrated experience in deposit servicing at a bank.
• 3 years direct management experience leading a high-performing deposit services team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs, trains and mentors a diverse group of multi-functional employees.
• Ensures compliance with Bank policy and applicable regulations.
• Oversees daily operations including Account/CIF Maintenance, IRA/CD and CDARS Processing, ODS Processing, Safe Deposit Maintenance, Tax Reporting Research/Maintenance.
• Acts as a Bank Administrator for Promontory CDARs vendor, approves CDARS orders and settlement wires.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Deposit Services team to deliver consistent account servicing.
• Drive accurate and compliant execution of deposit maintenance and servicing activities.
• Improve servicing workflows to reduce errors and improve turnaround times.
• Partner with Retail teams to resolve complex account issues and support customer needs.
