LHH is seeking an experienced Commercial Data Management Manager in California to lead the governance and use of customer and commercial data across sales, marketing, and analytics. The role focuses on building a connected data landscape and ensuring data quality and compliance.

You will partner with Commercial Operations, IT, and external data providers to drive integrated data solutions that support pricing, market access, and analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial operations, data management, analytics, or related function.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/life sciences industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial data management and Master Data Management (MDM).
• Experience with customer master data, affiliations, account hierarchies, and data governance.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer and commercial data across multiple sources (sales, marketing, trade/channel, market access, etc.).
• Support integration and onboarding of new commercial data sources.
• Maintain and improve customer master data, affiliations, hierarchies, and related business rules.
• Develop and enhance an integrated Customer 360 environment.
• Partner with IT, data engineering, and analytics to improve data pipelines and workflows.
• Ensure commercial data is accurate, accessible, and governed.
• Work with external data vendors and support data procurement, licensing, and data-use requirements.
• Translate business requirements into data solutions for commercial teams (market access, pricing, rebates, analytics).
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional data and process-improvement initiatives.
