This role is responsible for ensuring that C&I loan underwriting is thorough, well-supported and of the highest quality. Utilizing the underwriting analysis as the foundation for credit decisions, the Senior Credit Officer exercises approval authority in accordance with established policy. This role is accountable for ensuring that all credit decisions align with both intent and requirements of the Bank’s loan policy and are consistent with the Bank’s overall credit risk appetite and tolerance.
Salary Range: $111,440.00 - $183,082.25 Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
