Opendoor's Corporate Legal team seeks an experienced Counsel, Commercial to help scale a modern contracting function at a public real estate company. You will draft and negotiate standard agreements, surface key issues for counsel, and partner with Procurement, Finance, and Security to move deals quickly while managing risk.

This role emphasizes improving intake, records, templates, and post-signature tracking, combining strong commercial judgment with a service-oriented approach.

Formación

• JD from an accredited law school with active Bar membership in good standing.
• In-house or law firm experience in commercial contracting.
• Ability to independently drive routine agreements to completion.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate routine commercial agreements using templates and playbooks.
• Identify and surface non-standard or high-risk issues to counsel.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Security to move deals quickly while managing risk.
