Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience negotiating commercial agreements in SaaS or tech.
• Strong experience with SaaS agreements, software licensing and NDAs.
• Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives and negotiate with Sales.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of customer and partner agreements from review through execution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including SaaS, licenses, NDAs.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to move deals forward while balancing risk and business goals.
• Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and contracting processes.
• Advise on security, privacy, and compliance provisions, including data processing agreements.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and support other day-to-day legal matters.
