Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join our legal team, reporting to the Head of EMEA Legal in London. You will interface with our Go-To-Market team to help ensure the fast and efficient execution of our agreements with customers.

This role blends tech transactions, IP licensing, and strategic advice as we scale across regions. A hybrid work model with 3 days in the office per week is offered.

Qualifications

• English qualified lawyer with 2+ years post qualification experience in commercial or technology practice.
• Transactional background with technology and/or IP licensing.
• AI experience welcomed but not required.
• Ability to think creatively and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-focused and collaborative work style; willingness to build expertise.
• Hyper-responsive and service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate Commercial AI SaaS contracts.
• Help establish the legal function in the EMEA region under Head of EMEA Legal.
• Work on other legal issues as they arise.
