Job summary
Scale AI in New York seeks a senior commercial attorney to partner with our physical AI team on complex agreements and go-to-market strategy. You will draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, statements of work, and DPAs with autonomous systems companies, working closely with Sales to close revenue deals and with leadership to shape the business’s legal framework.
You should bring a JD, CA Bar admission, 9+ years of combined law firm and in-house experience in commercial agreements and data licensing,
Qualifications
- JD and a member of the California Bar in good standing.
- 9+ years of combined law firm and in-house experience in commercial agreements, data licensing, and IP.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, statements of work and order forms with autonomous driving and robotics companies.
- Work with leadership to shape business and legal strategy for the business unit.
- Draft, review, and negotiate partner, reseller and vendor agreements as well as DPAs.
- Assess legal risk and provide clear guidance to enable informed business decisions.
- Provide hands-on legal support to sales, product, and cross-functional teams.
