Veolia is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager to provide world‑class support from tendering through project completion, balancing customer focus with risk management. The role aims to grow the region financially and build risk awareness across the global team.

You will support Sales, Proposal teams, and Project Managers, review NDAs, analyze key issues, and lead complex negotiations in international contracts. Travel ~20% is expected.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of commercial or transactional contract negotiation experience
• English language fluency (French is a plus) and ability to draft and negotiate
• Ability to influence and persuade with negotiation experience
• Knowledge of legal terminology and concepts used in commercial contracts

Responsabilidades

• Provide negotiations preparation and support to Sales and Proposal teams, Project Managers/Service leaders and other region functions
• Review, negotiation and approval of Non-Disclosure Agreements as necessary to support proposals
• Assess risk in commercial contracts and develop mitigation strategies for negotiations
• Ensure compliance with in-house workflow and approval processes
• Prepare positions for complex contract negotiations for dispute resolution and change orders
• Develop and implement risk management processes and controls with Project Management/Services leadership
• Provide project summaries and guide teams through successful execution strategies in high risk projects
• Consult with Legal Team to support negotiations and dispute resolution
• Teach contracts management skills through training sessions
• Travel estimated at 20%, some international travel likely
