Job summary

Tarkett seeks a Legal Counsel to serve as a trusted business partner and advisor on commercial transactions in North America. The role focuses on drafting, negotiating, and structuring a wide range of agreements—procurement, leases, licenses, SaaS, and NDAs—while managing legal risk.

The successful candidate will join a fast-paced environment, report to the Chief Legal Officer, and support product, sales, and HR matters. 2+ years of practice and an active state bar are required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active state bar admission.
• 2+ years of licensed legal practice; law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts (procurement, leases, SaaS, licenses, NDAs).
• Advise North American operations on legal and policy matters across product manufacturing, sales, marketing, and distribution.
• Support product claims and human resources matters; manage matters to resolution.
