Tarkett seeks a Legal Counsel to serve as a trusted business partner and advisor on commercial transactions in North America. The role focuses on drafting, negotiating, and structuring a wide range of agreements—procurement, leases, licenses, SaaS, and NDAs—while managing legal risk.

The successful candidate will join a fast-paced environment, report to the Chief Legal Officer, and support product, sales, and HR matters. 2+ years of practice and an active state bar are required.

## Legal CounselApply: Hybrid: United States, Solon (OH): Full time: Posted Today: R2026100097The **Legal Counsel** serves as a trusted business partner and legal advisor on commercial transactions for Tarkett’s flooring solutions in North America. This role leads drafting, negotiation, and structuring of sales, leasing, licensing, procurement, and services agreements, with a focus on advancing business objectives while managing legal risk.
