Job summary

gpac is seeking experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent(s) to join our team. You will plan, schedule, lead and supervise all construction activities on the jobsite across diverse projects including Hospitality, Healthcare, Multi-family and more.

You must be able to coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors while maintaining safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of superintendent experience, a relevant degree is a plus but not required, and is

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Construction Superintendent
• BS in CM or CE is a plus but not required
• Willingness to travel to remote projects
• Strong leadership and communication
• Team-oriented and integrity

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all construction operations.
• Direct field staff and subcontractors.
• Maintain and manage project schedules and budgets with the PM.
• Schedule and oversee inspections.
• Ensure contracts, plans and specs compliance.
• Maintain an organized and safe job site.
• Enforce QA and safety protocols.
• Develop relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.
