Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex commercial projects including hospitals, churches, retail spaces, and educational facilities. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while guiding teams and subcontractors to deliver quality work.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction supervision, strong knowledge of PROCORE and Viewpoint, and a track record of safety compliance and client collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.
• Experience managing construction projects in hospitals, churches, retail spaces, and educational facilities.
• Proficient in PROCORE and Viewpoint.
• Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, project management, and inspection.
• Excellent delegation while maintaining control of deliverables.
• Familiarity with contract and subcontract documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle from initiation to closure.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate workers, materials, and equipment to follow specs and schedules.
• Use PROCORE and Viewpoint to monitor progress and documentation.
• Ensure high quality and safety throughout project delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections of systems and equipment and monitor safety.
• Manage relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, estimates, and work plans.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and foster continuous improvement.
