The position supervises and coordinates construction activities (including the deployment of materials and equipment), oversees on-site labor (including time and break tracking), ensures a clean/organized job site, and follows specifications. Responsible for managing the construction schedule, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are on schedule while performing duties as assigned. The Superintendent manages relationships with customer representatives and ensures the project complies with all guidelines set by the Company and the client.
