Glen Technologies LLC is seeking a motivated Superintendent to oversee quality construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The role involves coordinating site activities, supervising field personnel, maintaining safety standards, and managing project documentation.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising all construction activities and personnel
• Ensuring project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Managing materials, equipment, and inspections
• Maintaining safety and organization on site

Core competencies: Organization, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal skills.

Qualifications: 7-10 years of experience in commercial construction, proficiency in construction software, OSHA 10-hour certification, and a valid driver’s license. High-rise, retail, or supermarket experience is a plus. College degree is preferred but not required.
