As part of their continued growth in the Atlanta market, they are seeking a seasoned Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead onsite execution for new ground-up or renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of field operations on assigned construction projects
- Manage daily jobsite activities, coordinate trades, maintain safety standards, and enforce schedule adherence
- Interpret and manage project plans, specs, and schedules; ensure proper sequencing of work and compliance with permitting and inspection requirements
- Conduct site inspections daily and prior to project start to verify site readiness and logistics
- Coordinate with Assistant Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors
- Hold regular subcontractor and stakeholder meetings to track progress and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate and timely daily job reports and documentation
- Ensure a clean, safe, and legally compliant job site at all times
- Coordinate third-party inspections, quality checks, and secure approvals from all required entities
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects with a general contractor
- Proven experience managing retail, office, entertainment, or medical construction projects preferred
- Strong working knowledge of building plans, specs, general conditions, and sequencing
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and manage physical site demands including standing, walking, climbing, and lifting
