Insight Global is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee daily operations of commercial projects in Arlington, TX. You will manage safety, quality, and schedules, coordinating subcontractors and field personnel to deliver work on time and to specifications.

The role requires experience with ground-up commercial construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read drawings and manage site activities.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing ground-up construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades on-site.
• OSHA 30 Certification (preferred).
• Experience with Procore or Bluebeam construction software.
• Experience on commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, or mixed-use projects.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
