Role Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager oversees complex commercial projects from inception to post-construction support. Responsibilities include:

1. Reviewing project progress, profitability, schedule, and client satisfaction.
2. Managing procurement, change orders, and subcontractors.
3. Using project management tools to coordinate multiple sites.
4. Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.
5. Maintaining proactive communication with clients and stakeholders.
6. Mentoring junior staff and fostering team collaboration.
7. Closing projects meticulously and resolving warranty issues promptly.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale commercial construction.
• Proven leadership and team motivation skills.
• Technical proficiency with industry-standard software and tools.
• Experience with EOS principles (preferred).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Work Schedule

This full-time role typically involves working 8.5 hours Monday to Thursday and a half-day every other Friday.
