Raleigh Labor Source is looking to hire individuals with relevant knowledge and skills within the commercial construction industry!

As a semi-skilled laborer in commercial construction, you are an essential part of the construction industry. Your role involves various tasks related to the construction, renovation, or maintenance of commercial buildings.

Semi-Skilled Laborer Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Participating in the physical construction process, including site preparation, foundation work, framing, composite clean-up, and finishing work.
• Involvement in the installation of fixtures, flooring, and other building components.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work zone.
• Working closely with a team and other on-site workers, including construction supervisors, project managers, and subcontractors.
• Assisting in the loading, unloading, and movement of construction materials such as lumber, steel, concrete, pipes, and other supplies.
• Managing time efficiently, meeting project deadlines, and coordinating tasks with other workers to ensure smooth progress.

Qualifications:

• Own and know how to use basic hand tools such as a hammer, measuring tape, and tool belt.
• Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts.
• Ability to lift approximately 35-40 lbs.
• Work within Federal, State, and Local Regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols on construction sites.
• Legal eligibility to work within the United States.
• A successful drug screening may be required.
