Benning Construction Company is seeking a Construction Project Manager to provide overall direction for commercial projects and manage customer interface, scoping, estimating and scheduling. The role includes safety oversight, cost monitoring, progress reporting and building a strong project team of superintendents and subcontractors.

The successful candidate will coordinate with Owners, Architects and Engineers, review requisitions and change requests, and ensure documentation is completed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years in the commercial construction industry.
Ability to build schedules and cost estimates for projects.
Proficiency with MS Office and estimating software.

Responsibilities

Provide overall direction for commercial projects and interface with Owners, Architects and Engineers.
Develop project scoping, estimating, and scheduling.
Oversee safety program, cost and progress monitoring, reporting.
Build and mentor project team including superintendents and subcontractors.
Travel for site visits across the SE region as needed.
