With a strong foundation in the drywall and framing trades, we bring deep industry knowledge to every project-and we're looking for a Project Manager with hands-on experience in these trades to help lead our continued growth.

Your Role

As a Project Manager, you'll be at the helm of complex, high-volume commercial drywall and metal framing projects. You'll oversee everything from pre-construction planning through project closeout-managing budgets, schedules, field crews, and subcontractors. Most importantly, you'll be someone who understands the trade and knows how to execute efficiently without compromising quality.

What You'll Do

• Lead drywall and metal framing projects from start to finish-planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

• Coordinate closely with superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship and on-time delivery.

• Develop project timelines and ensure all field operations meet or exceed schedule targets.

• Control costs, track budgets, and ensure profitability.

• Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions to keep the project on track.

• Build strong relationships with general contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.

• Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality.

• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and communication across all stakeholders.

• Mentor and support field staff to promote accountability and a solutions-driven culture.

What We're Looking For

• Direct experience managing commercial drywall and metal framing projects.

• 4+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, preferably with a subcontractor or self-perform GC.

• Strong knowledge of drywall assemblies, structural and non-structural framing, and finishing standards.

• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple crews, subcontractors, and tradespeople.

• Familiarity with project management software. Preferably Procore, On-screen Takeoff, and QuickBid.

• Excellent communication and client service skills.

• Driven, organized, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.

• A people-first attitude and commitment to team success.
