A leading contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee complex commercial drywall and metal framing projects. With a strong foundation in the drywall and framing trades, we bring deep industry knowledge to every project-and we're looking for a Project Manager with hands-on experience in these trades to help lead our continued growth.
As a Project Manager, you'll be at the helm of complex, high-volume commercial drywall and metal framing projects. You'll oversee everything from pre-construction planning through project closeout-managing budgets, schedules, field crews, and subcontractors. Most importantly, you'll be someone who understands the trade and knows how to execute efficiently without compromising quality.

Lead drywall and metal framing projects from start to finish-planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Coordinate closely with superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship and on-time delivery.
Develop project timelines and ensure all field operations meet or exceed schedule targets.
Control costs, track budgets, and ensure profitability.
Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions to keep the project on track.
Build strong relationships with general contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality.
Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and communication across all stakeholders.
Mentor and support field staff to promote accountability and a solutions-driven culture.
Direct experience managing commercial drywall and metal framing projects.
4+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, preferably with a subcontractor or self-perform GC.
Strong knowledge of drywall assemblies, structural and non-structural framing, and finishing standards.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple crews, subcontractors, and tradespeople.
Familiarity with project management software. Preferably Procore, On-screen Takeoff, and QuickBid.
Excellent communication and client service skills.
