Jobot is seeking a seasoned Permanent Commercial Construction Project Manager in Florida to oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from planning to execution. The role requires coordinating with multiple teams, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Job Details

We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from planning to implementation, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. The ideal candidate should be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. This is a fast-paced, high-energy team where you can make a significant impact on project success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct commercial construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
