Hillside Investments is seeking a Construction Project Engineer to support Project Managers through the lifecycle of commercial real estate development and construction projects. You will coordinate documentation, monitor schedules and budgets, manage subcontractor communications, and ensure compliance with contracts, safety, and quality standards.
The role requires 5+ years in commercial construction, experience with real estate projects, and strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualificações
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent construction experience considered.
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience preferred.
- Experience with commercial real estate development projects.
- Ground-up construction and renovations experience.
Responsabilidades
- Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial construction projects.
- Monitor project schedules, identify delays, and manage updates.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes; maintain logs.
- Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders; track progress.
- Track budgets, invoices, and purchase orders; support cost reporting.
- Coordinate with Superintendents, architects, and contractors on site.
