Job summary

gobravvo is seeking a Project Engineer – Construction (PE) for commercial projects in a fast-paced environment. You will support planning and execution, coordinating with project managers, superintendents, architects, and owners to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

You will handle RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, bids, schedules, budgets, and change orders. The role emphasizes documentation, communication, and close collaboration across stakeholders to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• 1–4 years of construction experience, preferably in commercial projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project required.
• Familiarity with BIM/Revit and LEED Accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support superintendents and project managers in analyzing and resolving field construction issues.
• Review, prepare, and manage RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings to ensure contract compliance.
• Solicit, evaluate, and qualify subcontractor bids and proposals.
• Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and support timely resolutions.
• Support change order management, cost control, and project reporting.
• Oversee project closeout, including collection of warranties and final documentation.
