Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial construction, preferably in a Project Engineer or similar role.
• Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar construction software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project schedules, timelines, and material deliveries.
• Review construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Manage project documentation, submittals, and RFIs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and internal project teams.
• Monitor project progress and help ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
• Assist with identifying and resolving project issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Conduct site visits and communicate updates to project leadership.
