Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions in Baltimore, MD is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through turnover, coordinating HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

You will develop and manage schedules, budgets, and procurement; review RFIs and change orders; and ensure safety, quality, and on‑time turnover while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial MEP project management experience.
• Experience coordinating HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of MEP construction activities from design to turnover.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Ensure safety, QA/QC, and adherence to codes and specs.
