Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects of varying size and complexity in Nashville. You will oversee safety, LEAN planning and scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and coordination of owners, designers, subcontractors, and craft workers while maintaining strong customer service.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in commercial construction and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours.
• Strong knowledge of LEAN construction planning and scheduling.
• Experience coordinating owners, designers, subcontractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive project safety programs.
• Lead LEAN planning and project scheduling activities.
• Manage relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate subcontractors and craft workers throughout project execution.
• Establish and manage project budgets and cost controls.
• Administer subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Establish project-specific controls and monitor and report project performance.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer service throughout project delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
