Job summary

Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Cleveland, OH client to recruit a Construction Project Manager for commercial and industrial projects. The role focuses on leading design/build efforts, overseeing multi-million dollar programs, and driving effective communication with owners and GC teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of direct construction experience, strong reading of contract docs, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years direct experience in commercial and/or industrial construction.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules.
• Ability to oversee the entire process and work independently.
• Must have experience with multi-million dollar projects.

Responsibilities

• Seeking experience in design/build construction industry
