Qualifications

• :3-5 years direct experience in commercial and industrial construction.
• Reading, understanding and interpreting contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules.
• Oversee the entire process and work independently on multi-million dollar projects.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Seeking experience in design/build construction industry.
• Experience overseeing own jobs with strong leadership skills.
• Estimating experience is a plus.
• Projects in the Commercial and Industrial fields.
• Ground up and renovation experience.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• GC and/or Owners Representative experience.
• Ability to work with autonomy.
