• 3–5 years direct experience in commercial and/or industrial construction.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules.
• Oversee the entire process and work independently; must have experience with multi-million dollar projects.

Responsibilities

• Seeking experience in design/build construction industry.
• Experience overseeing own jobs with strong leadership skills.
• Estimating experience is a plus.
• Projects in the Commercial and Industrial fields.
• Ground up and renovation experience.
