Job summary

Citigroup Inc. seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily housing projects from buyout through closeout. You will coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field staff to deliver on time and on budget.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a related field and at least five years in project management within general contracting, with proficiency in MS Office and Procore. Travel across the Midwest is expected.

• . Experience in multifamily housing and affordable housing preferred.

• . Proficiency with MS Office and Procore or similar software.
• . Ability to manage diverse teams and maintain detailed documentation.

Responsibilities

• Report to the COO and deliver projects on time and on budget from buyout to closeout.
• Maintain strong written and verbal communication with owners, architects, subcontractors, staff, and executives.
• Be detail and deadline oriented, solutions-based, and committed to personal growth as a leader.
• Help create and adhere to SOPs and PM software for documentation, communication, and task management.
• Build strong relationships with the project accounting team.
