The Ideal Commercial Construction Lead Superintendent:

Must be experienced in:

• Attention to detail
• Project scheduling, with MS Project experience a plus
• OSHA 30-hour training (preferred)
• Safety enforcement and conducting weekly onsite toolbox meetings
• Utilizing Procore for daily reports, monitoring conversations, and taking pictures
• Coordinating inspections
• Generating and completing punch lists
• Verifying subcontractor change orders and validating labor/material projections
• Clear, assertive communication with owners, architects, and consultants
• Problem-solving with a proactive mentality
• Maintaining ethical business practices
• Dealing with city building and development departments
• Interpreting blueprints and coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP designs
• Scheduling and motivating subcontractors
• Knowledge of horizontal and vertical construction, including utilities and MEP applications
• Dependable transportation
• Willingness to work after hours when necessary
• Conducting weekly onsite subcontractor meetings
• Responding promptly to office communications
• Being punctual and accountable
