• Verify identities, witness signatures, certify documents, ensure compliance, maintain records, and provide expertise.

Qualifications/Skills:

• MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
• Notary Public commission.
• Legal knowledge, technical proficiency, communication skills, and professionalism.

Preferred:

• Experience in legal or financial fields, customer service skills, multilingual abilities, mastery of notarization technology, and legal or paralegal knowledge.
• Good reviews from previous clients demonstrating professionalism and reliability.
