Job summary

Resource Options, Inc. (ROI) is seeking a Commercial Construction Laborer to support projects in the Manchester area. Primary duties include site cleanup, material movement, and demolition, with opportunities to assist carpenters, electricians, and other trades.

ROI has offices across New England and seeks candidates interested in rewarding careers with companies serving the natural and built environments. Eligible candidates should have at least one year of field experience; OSHA10 is a plus

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of field experience.
• OSHA10 certification is a plus but not required.
• Demolition experience.
• Previous commercial construction experience.
• Ability to work 40 hours a week.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Site cleanup – picking up trash, sweeping around site, picking up materials.
• Assisting various tradesmen.
• Moving materials.
• Light general construction – demo, pulling nails, install, and etc.
