Job description

ROI is currently seeking an experienced Concrete Carpenter for ongoing projects in the Lewiston, ME area.

Responsibilities include:

• Reading blueprints and taking accurate measurements
• Moving, installing, and removing concrete forms
• Building and setting concrete forms
• Mixing, spreading, and finishing concrete
• Operating a power trowel
• Using hand and power tools
• Assisting with site preparation, cleanup, and general construction duties
• Following all job-site safety and quality requirements

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of construction experience
• Experience with concrete formwork
• Ability to read blueprints and perform measurements
• OSHA 10 certification preferred (can be obtained through the company)
• Power trowel experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Must be dependable and safety-conscious
• Basic hand tools required
• Steel-toe boots required

Pay Range: $25-$30/hr., depending on experience, background, and references.
