Resource Options, Inc. (ROI) is seeking a Commercial Construction Laborer to support projects in the Boston area. Duties include site cleanup, moving materials and assisting trades, with light demolition tasks on site.

Qualified candidates will have OSHA 10, demolition experience and a background in commercial construction, plus the ability to work 40 hours per week and overtime if needed. Strong work history references are required.

• Demolition experience.
• Previous commercial construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Site cleanup- picking up trash, sweeping around site, picking up materials.
• Assisting various tradesmen.
• Moving materials.
• Light general construction - demo, pulling nails, install, and etc.
