Job summary

Resource Options, Inc. is seeking concrete laborers and carpenters to support skilled trades on ongoing projects in the Keene, NH area. You will assist with concrete work, site prep, layout, and general labor on active construction sites.

Role emphasizes safety, ability to lift 50 lbs, and readiness to work outdoors. ROI provides PPE and practical training; OSHA 10 preferred, but company can provide certification.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Certification (can be obtained through company).
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing job site conditions.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical labor.
• Valid Driver’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Company Safety Policies and Code of Conduct.
• Offload, organize, and transport materials and equipment.
• Assist skilled tradesmen with layout, installation, and finishing of concrete and carpentry work.
• Hand excavate trenches and prepare job sites as needed.
• Assist with concrete formwork, pouring, and finishing.
• Perform demolition, cleanup, and site prep tasks.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Support pipe installation and sitework as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
