2. Survey and quantify materials and assemblies from drawings.
3. Utilize takeoff and estimating software effectively.
4. Organize quantity takeoffs.
5. Prepare structural and civil estimates at DD/CD stages.
6. Contact and follow up with subcontractors for pricing input.
7. Present estimates confidently.
8. Understand technical specifications.
9. Meet deadlines and handle deadline challenges.
10. Contribute to major estimating efforts.
11. Develop estimate reports and clarifications.
