Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for multifamily and commercial projects.
• Analyze project plans and collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers.
• Solicit and review subcontractor and supplier bids.
• Present project budgets and cost estimates to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and identify cost factors.
• Maintain and update cost databases and estimating software.
• Provide value engineering options to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of estimating experience in multifamily and commercial construction.
• Proficient in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and costs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
