About the Company

We are a well-established regional general contractor serving the Dallas–Fort Worth market, delivering complex ground-up construction projects across Hospitality, Casinos, Municipal, Healthcare, Entertainment, and Education.

With projects ranging in size up to $70 million+, we are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to take a leadership role within our preconstruction team.

The Opportunity

The Senior Estimator will have significant ownership of the estimating and preconstruction process, from early conceptual budgeting through final bid and contract award.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating process for complex ground-up commercial construction projects from conceptual design through bid and contract award.
• Prepare and oversee detailed estimates for projects up to $70M+.
• Develop conceptual, schematic, design-development, GMP, negotiated, and hard-bid estimates.
• Perform and oversee detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis.

Project Experience

Experience with complex projects in one or more of the following sectors is strongly preferred:

• Hospitality & Hotels
• Municipal / Public Buildings
• Entertainment & Sports Facilities
• Higher Education & K-12
• Other complex commercial ground-up construction
• Experience estimating projects in the $25M–$70M+ range is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Proven experience leading estimates for complex ground-up commercial projects.
• Experience with projects valued at $25M–$70M+ strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction means, methods, sequencing, and costs.
