Job summary

Earll Construction Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive estimates for ground-up projects, renovations, remodels, and tenant improvements.

The Estimator will work with management, project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and clients throughout the bidding and preconstruction process. The ideal candidate reads drawings and specifications, performs detailed quantity takeoffs, develops cost breakdowns and SOVs,

Qualifications

• Must have commercial construction estimating experience (3–5 years preferred).
• Ability to read architectural/engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with quantity takeoffs and subcontractor bid analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Bluebeam; experience with estimating software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings and specifications.

Position Summary

Earll Construction Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial construction projects, including ground-up construction, renovations, remodels, and tenant improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Bluebeam; experience with construction estimating software preferred.
