We are looking for a motivated individual to join our fast-growing commercial GC construction team. Established in 2001 but more recently have grown into one of the largest commercial general contractors in Utah! We have several projects lined up in the next few years and need someone who shares our idea that planning and communication are key in making sure our projects get done on time and within budget. Responsibilities

• New Construction estimating GC projects
• Estimating projects between $5M - $75M
• Bidding, Close-outs, Cost Analysis
• Generating detailed estimates from pre-construction schematics
• Working with Preconstruction teams to secure future projects

Requirements

• 3+ years as Estimator
• 5+ years in Construction Industry
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE ESTIMATING AT A GC
