• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and other project expenses.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and solicit competitive pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
• Identify potential cost savings, project risks, and scope discrepancies.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the bidding process.
• Prepare bid proposals, maintain estimating records, and ensure timely submission of bids.
• Monitor material pricing, labor costs, and market trends to maintain accurate estimates.
