About the Job:

Commercial Estimator wanted for a Leading Construction Company

We are seeking a seasoned estimator to join our team. We are growing and looking to increase our capacities with great people who are seeking to take care of their families working with a great team. The estimating position requires skills in communication, relationship building, negotiation, and networks of help. Our estimating model, tools, software, and support staff are designed to aid in winning projects and increasing value for clients and the company.

Requirements:

• 3 years of estimating experience in the commercial estimating field or equivalent degree/field experience as a superintendent or project manager.
• Estimating assistant will also be considered.
• Negotiating skills.
• Great organization and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver client satisfaction effectively.
• Tenant improvement experience as a superintendent is a plus.
• Degree in construction management is a plus.
• Procore experience is a plus.

• Hours Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, no holidays or weekends.
