Job Title: Chief Estimator

Location: Louisville, KY (Open to local and relocation candidates)

Salary: Approx. $130,000 (Flexible based on experience)

About the Opportunity: A leading construction firm specializing in high-end, high-quality commercial projects is seeking a seasoned Chief Estimator. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estimating projects valued between $80M-$100M.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a team of two Estimators, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all estimates.
• Develop detailed cost estimates for high-end commercial construction projects.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Maintain and update estimating databases, systems, and processes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the estimating team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Qualifications:

• 5-10+ years of experience in high-end commercial construction estimating.
• Proven track record of estimating projects in the $80M-$100M range.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must align with company culture; this is critical for success in this role.
